Cancellation Policy

By booking a consultation with Mach One Design Ltd, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment Appointments are subject to availability. Paid consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are generally non-refundable. Late Arrival Please join on time. Late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled appointment. Meeting Consultations may be held via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or another platform specified in your confirmation. A meeting link will be sent automatically after booking. Scope Consultations provide professional engineering advice based on the information discussed. Unless separately agreed, they do not include formal testing, certification, compliance assessment, engineering reports or detailed design work, and do not guarantee a particular technical or regulatory outcome. Privacy & Confidentiality Information provided during booking or consultation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Please only provide information you are authorised to disclose. Changes by Mach One Design If we need to cancel a confirmed paid appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or a refund where appropriate. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
